In the small community of Hacienda Heights people look for a positive work
environment. When someone walks in and it shows that there is a positive environment that will
be their first impression of a business.

They want to feel a positive feeling when they walk in to any place, however not every company or business can accomplish this feeling when people first
walk in.

This can be a common issue for various employees because they want to feel appreciated
and valued when they are at work.

These problems do not seem like an issue for the small
business of Café FC Coffee and Tea according to the employees.

Emiley Flores who works at Café FC mentions that the main priority when serving
customers is that employees should always try their best to help out the customers with anything
they need.

“First and foremost like I try to give them the best quality service that I can,” she said,”
and try to answer any questions that they may have”. “Any customer service job should really
like what you do,” Flores said, “want to help people just get in and out with a really good smile on
their face,” said Emiley.

Flores explained that Café FC stood out to her because she feels very comfortable and
welcomed as an employee who works there.

“This one also is very family oriented because it is owned by a couple and her sister. It’s
a very loving, welcoming atmosphere that I didn’t experience at my old job,” said Flores” and so
I think if there is good management, they want to send a good message to the community. I think
that’s what makes this coffee shop different from others.”

Café FC is located on 2017 S Hacienda Blvd, Hacienda Heights.
