Now in the middle of the 2026 season, the Los Angeles Dodgers continue to excite Los Altos students as fans remain hopeful for another championship. With several games already played, students are demonstrating pride in their teams performance and staying loyal as the season progresses.
There is an overwhelming amount of dedication as devoted fans from Los Altos High school share their feelings on the last few games. Students share their anticipation and excitement with the hopes of maintaining a consistent and exceptional record.
Briana Razo, sophomore from Los Altos High school said, “I have been a Dodgers fan for about 5 years, and I continue to follow the Dodgers very closely each and every season. Whenever I can, I try to catch a game.”
Building on Razo’s connection to the team, she shared her outlook on their performance so far this season and what she hopes to see moving forward as the season continues this year.
Razo said, “They are doing really good so far and I hope they keep it up throughout the season, especially as they face tougher teams in the upcoming months. Staying consistent in their performance and improving their teamwork will always play a big important part.”
Razo also reflects her thoughts from the previous year and its bigger impact in the Hacienda Heights community.
Razo said, “Last year was such a successful year for both Dodger baseball and our community with the win of the World Series. I’m really proud of what the Dodgers have accomplished in our community, and what they will continue to do both on and off the field.”
Freshman Jayla Rodriguez from Los Altos High School also shared how her Dodger loyalty is rooted in family tradition built over many years.
Rodriguez said, “I believe I’ve been a Dodger fan since the womb because my family are big fans of the sport. My family and I often watch many of their games, and we all look forward to those moments shared together.”
Rodriguez also shared her excitement for what the rest of the season could bring, especially with the high hopes the postseason has already begun building.
Rodriguez said, “After the last few games of the season I feel like we have a high chance of making it to the World Series, and that makes my family and I extremely proud to be Dodger fans.”
